Chicken Stir Fry

150g small chicken breast
carrot - shredded
zucchini julienne
onion - diced
garlic powder
onion powder 
sweet paprika
extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp hoisin sauce



Heat a fry pan and spray with oil.


Dice the chicken breast & place it in the fry pan. Season with spices except for salt.

Brown the chicken. Add the vegetables & ginger and stir fry until cooked.  Add little water. Boil for couple minutes. Add hoisin sauce. Taste and season with little salt & pepper. Enjoy.

Tip:In this recipes you are welcome to add more vegetables as long as there is a variety of veggies in the meal.

Herbs are fantastic in this & high in polyphenols - like basil, coriander, rosemary or add some ginger.
