Classic Bolognese

120g lean beef mince
50g wholemeal pasta
frozen veggies mix
100g passata
italian herbs
extra virgin olive oil

Greek Yoghurt
Low Fat Mozzarella cheese 


Heat fry pan & spray with oil.

Dice the onions and shred the carrots.

Once pan is hot, put the veggies in and saute and cooked through.

Add spices while continuously stirring.

Finally put mince in and stir through.

Brown the mince and add frozen veggies to it.

When cooked through, put on low heat, add passata & herbs. Add a little water to smooth.

While the bolognese is simmering, boil some water for the pasta. Cook as instructed on the packet or to your liking. Enjoy.

Tip: You can top it with little low fat mozzarella.
