Chia Pudding

2 tbsp of dry chia seeds

1/2 cup water or nut milk

fruit

optional;

1 tsp of pure honey 

Instructions:

 

Pour ingredients into a jar or a tupperware and mix well.

Let it settle 2-3 minutes and mix again until there is no clumping.

Cover the jar or container and place it in the fridge overnight or at least 2 hours.

When ready to eat, top with berries and fruit. Enjoy.

Tip: Chia seeds need to be soaked when eaten in bigger amounts otherwise you'll get dehydrated.

Tip:Try adding some protein powder to give it a boost.

 

Tip:Make a couple of them in one go and have breakfast sorted for a couple of days.
