30g of oats (or more depending on you)
1 scoop of protein powder
20g of PB
Optional: frozen fruit
Place the oats in a microwave safe bowl and add enough water to it t just cover it.
Put it in the microwave for 2min, keeping an eye on it so it doesn't go over.
Once done, take it out and add protein powder to it.
Use some water to get desired consistency and top it off with some PB.
Tip: Frozen berries melt from the heat and makes it perfect to cool down this dish.
Adding Sugar Free maple syrup & Lindt 90% dark chocolate is also tasty.
